What is your style? What are you drawn to when you watch real estate videos? Think about your demographic. Who are you selling to? Are they YouTubers and tik tok’ers? MLS Listing video watchers? Do they like fast and quick, or want to see all the details? What is the music preference? Hip hop or classical? Country, Rock or Jazz?

Video SPECIAL EFFECTS:

Do you love special effects? House drops, dissapearing agents and wording wizardry? Or simple classic elegant video? nothing flashy and fancy? Or something in the middle? A little bit of this but not too much?
